Great service, very helpful staff. They kept our luggages and then put them in our room before we checked-in, they gave us the transport card for Geneva for the whole stay which is handy, and room service was quick and reasonably priced. Decoration is quite nice too, and the shower-pressure is great. Well done
Had a great 2 night stay here in November 23. Nice hotel, close to station and a 15min walk into the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good place to stay.

Roughly 8 minutes walking from the central train station and about 10 minutes to the promenade.
Beds were a bit hard but despite my back issues I still slept very well. We made use of the breakfast option. It’s a little buffet with hard boiled eggs, turkey ham, cream cheese’ scrambled eggs, different kinds of breads, beans, different juices. For such a small hotel of 3 stars more than an expected.
Great location within easy walking distance with bags from the railway station (Couravin). Stylish rooms with 2 chairs and a good bathroom with a reasonable shower.
French-friendly hotel but there is no problem for the English speaking guests. Staffs are nice. Room quality is over the 3 stars with heater in the bathroom. Abundance of good quality towels and amenities. We booked a family room for 4 and we got 2 rooms opposite each other at end of one wing of the hotel with one common door, very convenient.
Nice hotel although breakfast options could be better. Need more fresh fruit selection. Room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable.
This is a very good hotel for a 3*. I would recommend it if you're visiting Geneva, especially as a family. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived, as it seemed that the interconnecting family room we booked were two rooms on opposite …
